Sweet and spicy!
These bites are my absolute go-to, I am always making these any chance I get. Super easy to make, just need a few simple ingredients, and ready in minutes.
There are plenty of ways I love to serve these bites. Here are some of my favorite ways:
Simply on a bed of steamed rice, served with my favorite vegetables
Using kabob skewers to create bang bang chicken kabobs
Use a large lettuce leaf and make bang bang chicken lettuce wraps

1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
1. Prepare the chicken:

Toss in chicken cubes and mix until chicken bites are well coated.
